SHIPPING

DOMESTIC

• All items are shipped via the US Postal Service. Tracking info will be emailed once an order has shipped. Packages can be tracked at usps.com.

• You will receive your order within approximately 10 business days for most items in stock, unless otherwise noted. We will notify you via email if there’s a delay in shipping.

• For an additional charge, you may request expedited delivery on any item. Please contact us at 888.667.6961 for more information.

• We ship to all 50 US states.

INTERNATIONAL

• All items are shipped internationally via our third-party partner GlobalShopex. As an international shopper, simply add any items to your cart and choose 'international checkout' to purchase your items and complete your order.

• All shipping costs are charged to your credit card or PayPal account at the time of purchase. If you choose to pre-pay your home country duty charge that will also be charged at the time of purchase.

• You will receive your order within approximately 10 business days for most items in stock, unless otherwise noted. We will notify you via email if there’s a delay in shipping.

• Tracking info will be emailed once an order has shipped.

RETURNS

DOMESTIC

• If an item is damaged in shipping, please email us at info@emmajeffswindowfilm.com or call 888.667.6961 within 7 days.

• If you choose to return an item, make an exchange, or have a question about the appearance of the window film after installing it, please contact info@emmajeffswindowfilm.com within 30 days of receiving the item. If an item needs to be shipped back to us we will issue a Return Authorization Number. We can not accept returned items without a RAN.

• If you choose to return an item, make an exchange, or have a question about the appearance of the window film after installing it, please contact

customerservice@globalshopex.com or call +1.786.314.7144 within 30 days after receiving the item. If an item needs to be shipped back to us we will issue a Return Authorization Number. We can not accept returned items without an RAN.

• We do not refund international shipping or customs charges. All returned items will be charged a minimum restocking fee of $8 per tube for a single roll and $12 per tube for a double roll. Refunds are given only if the product is returned undamaged and unused.
